Where will my photo session take place? Do you have a studio? Can I meet the photographer before our session?
Your photo shoot will take place at my studio, located at my farm in Bel Air, MD. With open fields, streams, a pond, and nature’s beauty, your shoot can be whatever you make of it. We are 3 miles down the street from Harford Community College.
I always encourage my clients to come in for a FREE pre-consultation to meet me, tour the studio, discuss wardrobe, hair & make-up, and products, and design the perfect photography session for you.
I see you offer Glamour and Boudoir photography. What is the difference?
Boudoir photography usually involves lingerie, lace robes, and other intimate apparel . These images are meant to embrace a woman's sexuality, independence, and femininity. All images are fully re-touched so you don’t have to worry about cellulite, scars, blemishes etc.
Glamour photography is a great option for women who may be a bit intimidated by the idea of baring all for a boudoir session. Wardrobe for a beauty session can be a ball gown, little black dress, a lace bodysuit, and fabric draping.
Do you offer Hair & Make-up?
Yes we do! I highly recommend all my clients have hair & make-up done. Our license Hair & Make-up artist are trained to get you camera ready for your shoot. You may be amazing at applying make-up, however camera ready products and application is essential for beautiful straight out of the camera results.
Do you do Headshots, Personal Branding or Artistic projects?
Yes! I work with a variety of clients with special needs.

When should I book my session? Do you require a deposit to book a session? Do you have payment plans?
I would suggest you book your session at your pre-consultation so you can secure your date. We do require a non-refundable fee in order to book a date and accept CASH, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. We do not offer payment plans, however, we can help you get set-up with Paypal that offers No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more.
All your clients look like models. I’m not a model. Can I still book a session?
Thank you for the compliment, but these women are not models. I provide celebrity-styled photo shoots for everyday people. I know how to pose women of all shapes and sizes so you look your very best. You don't have to know what you are doing in the slightest. I will direct you every step of the way, from helping to you prepare for your photo shoot with wardrobe tips, and helping you pose by mirroring me through out your session.
When will I get to see my images? Will I get the digital file?
Tracy Michelle Photography offers in-person photo reveals and ordering appointments a few weeks after your photo session. For out of town clients, we can make arrangements for a Live photo reveal. The exception to this is headshot clients who pick their images the day of their photo shoot and receive images in a week. Most of my collections come with the matching digital file.
Can I have someone with me at my session?
I don’t mind at all if there is one friend with you! I DO ask that the friend not interfere with the shoot .
Do you travel to other locations?
Yes! Depending on the type of session you want, a travel fee maybe required.
